my scanner will not turn on at all I try plugging it into several cars but the screen stays blank and try pluggin it into the computer all it says is windows dosent recognise the device the only time I get anything is when I remove the sd card and plug it into the computer then the screen shows the picture telling me to insert the sd card all updates have been carried out and I am up to date any one have any ideas
